Regency is an active adult community of carriage homes located in Denville Township in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 140 luxury townhomes in the complex which was built between 2004 and 2008 by Toll Brothers. The community is age-restricted - residents must be age 55 or older. Regency offers 3 bedroom townhomes with 2-car garages and a full basement. There are four models including the Newton, Neshanic, Ashton, and Gladstone. The townhomes range in size from approximately 3,000 to 3,400 square foot. Many of the units have 1st floor master bedrooms. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association. As of the year 2017, Integra Management Corporation was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $390 and includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal. Amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse with a fitness center. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 10 and U.S. Route 46.
