Fox Hills has just three one-bedroom floor plans: the Oxford, Cambridge A and Cambridge B. The Oxford is the smallest at approximately 869 square feet and does not have a den, making it generally the most affordable condo model in the community. Six Oxford condos sold during the past 12 months, with prices ranging from $250,000 to $300,000. The Cambridge A and Cambridge B are both approximately 915 square feet and include a separate den. The only difference is that the Cambridge A has closet space near the entrance, while the Cambridge B replaces that space with a half bath. Fifteen Cambridge condos sold during the past 12 months, with prices ranging from $290,000 to $352,500. The median market time was just 25 days. Diane and I have listed and sold three Cambridge condos during the past 12 months. Our most recent sale was 3128 Franklin Lane, a first-floor Cambridge B in the Jefferson Building. The condo featured 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, a den, hardwood flooring, newer windows, stainless steel appliances, garage parking and storage. It was listed for $369,000 and sold for $352,500 after 25 days on the market. For buyers looking for a smaller, more affordable condo at Fox Hills, the Oxford and Cambridge models offer some of the community’s best values.
